Sadly, the following Honorary Members have passed away. They are commemorated and please find their eulogies below.

• Dipl.-Ing. Gerd Morawietz
  Dipl.-Ing. Gerd Morawietz has been awarded Honary Membership of the European Society of Toxicologic Pathology during the European Congress of Toxicologic Pathology 2010 in Budapest in recognition of his excellent support of the Society. He passed away on September 9, 2023 (In memoriam).
  
• Dr. Chirukandath Gopinath
  Dr. Chirukandath Gopinath who has contributed substantially to shaping modern toxicologic pathology, and extensively participated to educational activities worldwide received the Honorary Membership during the online Annual General Assembly 2021. He passed away on April 26, 2023 (In memoriam).
  
• Professor Dr. med. Dr. h.c. mult. Ulrich Mohr
  Professor Ulrich Mohr who has actively supported the Gesellschaft für Toxikologische Pathologie (GTP) for many years received the Honorary Membership during the annual GTP meeting 2000 at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. He passed away on March 31, 2022 (In memoriam).
  
• Professor Dr. med. vet. Franz Hartig
  Professor Hartig who has contributed invaluably to the foundation of the Gesellschaft für Toxikologische Pathologie (GTP) in 1986 received the Honorary Membership during the annual GTP meeting 1999 at the University of Giessen. He passed away on March 20, 2013.
