The 20th European Congress of Toxicologic Pathology took place in the Hyperion Hotel Basel, Switzerland from September 26 to 29, 2023. Participants attended the key lectures, case presentations, free communications and poster presentations.

The main topic of the congress was Emerging Therapeutic Modalities. Prior to the main ESTP program, a satellite symposium on Medical Device Safety Assessment: Pathology and Toxicology Perspectives was organized by the International Academy of Toxicologic Pathology (IATP).
